If you’ve seen my flyer or wandered onto my website and thought, “This sounds great… but what actually happens if I reach out?” — you’re not alone.
I know that getting in touch can feel like one more thing on an already overloaded list, especially when you’re an ND parent juggling a hundred invisible tasks. So here’s what to expect — no pressure, no scripts, no judgement.
It’s a relaxed, human conversation.
We’ll talk about what’s been hardest lately — maybe school struggles, burnout, meltdowns, or just feeling unseen. I’ll listen. You can share as much or as little as you want.
We start where you are.
I’m not here to “fix” anyone. I combine lived experience as an ND mum with my background as a nurse to offer practical, neuroaffirming support — the kind that meets your family exactly where you’re at.
Together we explore what would actually help.
Maybe that’s understanding your child’s regulation needs, finding calm in daily routines, or just having a space where you don’t need to explain yourself. The aim is to help you leave the conversation feeling lighter and more understood.
Sometimes, the first step isn’t about signing up for something new — it’s simply about realising you don’t have to do this alone.
