• If you’ve seen my flyer or wandered onto my website and thought, “This sounds great… but what actually happens if I reach out?” — you’re not alone.

I know that getting in touch can feel like one more thing on an already overloaded list, especially when you’re an ND parent juggling a hundred invisible tasks. So here’s what to expect — no pressure, no scripts, no judgement.

    It’s a relaxed, human conversation.
We’ll talk about what’s been hardest lately — maybe school struggles, burnout, meltdowns, or just feeling unseen. I’ll listen. You can share as much or as little as you want.

    We start where you are.
I’m not here to “fix” anyone. I combine lived experience as an ND mum with my background as a nurse to offer practical, neuroaffirming support — the kind that meets your family exactly where you’re at.

Together we explore what would actually help.
Maybe that’s understanding your child’s regulation needs, finding calm in daily routines, or just having a space where you don’t need to explain yourself. The aim is to help you leave the conversation feeling lighter and more understood.

Sometimes, the first step isn’t about signing up for something new — it’s simply about realising you don’t have to do this alone.

  • What ND Family Support Actually Looks Like

When people reach out, they often say:

“I’m not even sure what I need — I just know I’m overwhelmed.”

    That’s where we start.

Our sessions are calm, conversational spaces where we slow things down and find what’s actually getting in the way. Together, we create small, realistic steps such as:

✨ Finding language to explain needs at school or work
✨ Creating visual or sensory tools that actually get used
✨ Making space for rest and joy without guilt
✨ Building daily rhythms that work with your brain, not against it

It’s not therapy. It’s not clinical.
It’s practical, compassionate support — guided by lived experience and deep understanding.

If you’ve been craving structure, validation, and strategies that make sense for your real life, you’re in the right place. 💛

  • If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re parenting a neurodivergent child. And if you’re anything like me, that means you’ve known both the joy of seeing your child’s unique spark shine — and the heartache of watching them struggle in a world that doesn’t always understand.

Parenting an ND child can be both beautiful and exhausting. Some days you feel like you’ve got this, and other days it feels like you’re hanging on by a thread. If you’ve ever felt that mix of fierce love and deep overwhelm, I want you to know — you are not alone.

This space has been created by a parent who is walking this path too. It’s not about judgement, perfection, or “fixing” our kids. It’s about connection, support, and finding a little more ease in the everyday.

    Here, you’ll find:
✨ Lived-experience insights from one ND parent to another
🌈 Gentle tools and strategies that actually work in real life
💌 Comfort, validation, and reminders that you’re doing enough

Take a breath. You’ve landed somewhere safe. Together, we’ll explore ways to make the hard days lighter and celebrate the small wins that matter most.

Welcome to ND Family Support. 💚
